Mommy Makeover - Case 1

Dr. Cross first saw this patient as a virtual consult in April 2020, during quarantine. They talked about her desire to have better proportions with much more fullness in her breasts and a correction of the loose skin and muscles of her belly. We finally had the opportunity to address her goals in June.  At the time of these pictures, she was three months out from her breast augmentation and tummy tuck.  Dr. Cross performed a breast lift using an incision around her areolas, so there is no visible vertical scar. Dr. Cross used Allergan SSF, smooth round silicone implants that were placed under her chest muscles in a dual plane position. The implants are 415cc, but still fit her petite frame because we chose an implant style with more projection, minimizing excess width as much as possible.
