As the Practice Manager of CMG, Gina DiStefano relies on nearly 20 years of experience in aesthetics to help her guide CMG alongside other members of leadership. Since 2005, when she became a licensed esthetician, she has continued to pursue new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Never satisfied with half measures, if Gina dedicates herself to something, she does so wholeheartedly. It was this passion for the beauty industry that drove her to train alongside sought after celebrity makeup artists in New York City, become a skilled manager, and even explore entrepreneurship.
Gina's various roles exposed her not only to medical-grade cosmetic treatments and skincare, but also to the business of aesthetics. She learned that building relationships with patients was just as essential to the success of a business as having talented medical professionals employed at a practice. Her experiences, insight, and ability to connect with a diverse group of employees led Gina being promoted to CMG's Practice Manager."
