Surgical Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience working in patient-centered roles, Susan Maile feels confident in her ability to provide a unique and personal experience to the guests of Cross Medical Group. Her goal is for all of Dr. Lyons’ patients to approach their surgical experience with excitement and optimism. Those patients do well because they have been carefully led through the process by Susan, from their initial consultation through their recovery. Her priorities are to establish a relationship in which our patients trust her guidance, feel secure in their relationship with our entire team, and receive impeccable care all-throughout. Knowing that a patient will achieve results that will enhance their self-esteem and bring them closer to their aesthetic goals drives Susan and makes her proud to work alongside Dr. Lyons.
Susan is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her extensive skills in patient-centered care provide our patients with a sense of comfort, understanding, and the knowledge that they will receive her undivided attention.
