In her 10-year association with Dr. Cross, Cheryl Zimmerman operates as the practice's procedural and emotional support system. As surgical practice manager, she acts as a liaison between each patient, every hospital, and Dr. Cross himself, ensuring excellent care and highly individualized service and concern.
From the first moment a prospective patient arrives for a consultation, through their pre-surgical, surgical, and post-surgical care, Cheryl works to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible. She and Dr. Cross recognize that every patient has unique needs and desires. It is Cheryl's job to see that each patient's concerns are addressed.
Cheryl is a graduate of Berkley with a BA in Advertising and Communications, and of Strayer University with a Degree in Business Management. She transitioned from JP Morgan Chase to Cross Medical Group to combine her business and communications skills with her intuitive, supportive style.
