This 42-year-old patient is young with great facial features, but the excess skin and heaviness of her eyes was distracting. Upper and lower lid blepharoplasties were performed. While both parts of the procedure required incisions, the incisions heal so discreetly that they are essentially imperceptible. Fat grafting was then used to restore lost volume in the space between her eyelids and cheeks, raising her cheeks so that they look subtly more healthy and more youthful.
