Eyelid Surgery - Case 6

It's hard to believe that this patient is 66 years old. She came to us from Florida. Dr. Cross performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting to the space between the eyelid and cheek as well as a peel to improve the quality of her skin. The extra skin is removed, and bags are treated, but just as importantly, maintaining volume and not hollowing out the eyes is absolutely crucial for a natural and youth-defining result.
