This patient wanted to reduce her breast size without losing shape or perkiness. Over a pound of breast tissue was removed from each breast, yielding a 2-3 cup reduction in breast size. However, she now has even better shape and youthfulness to her breasts! These results were previously unachievable without the use of implants, but our rotation-elevation breast reduction with fat grafting technique allows us to achieve better results than we have ever seen in the past.
