Many patients are told by other surgeons that they should never or can never remove their implants or else they will be left with “deflated bags”. As this patient demonstrates, that is simply not true. This patient had large breast implants for years. She came to Dr. Cross wanting smaller breasts and to no longer have implants. By removing her old 400cc implants, performing a breast lift, and replacing some of the lost volume with fat taken from her hip and belly regions, she now has the smaller, perky, and youthful-looking breasts she wanted!
