Breast Reduction - Case 2

Saggy breasts can happen to young people. This patient was 29 years old when she came to see Dr. Cross for breasts that she felt were too large and much too saggy. Dr. Cross performed a vertical breast reduction and breast lift. His technique creates a lift using the patient's own internal breast tissue, like an internal bra, to maximize the final shape. Dr. Cross then used some of her own fat to give her volume in the upper part of her breasts, where she had nearly none of her own volume prior to the procedure. Her incisions need a few more months to completely settle and fade away, but we are very pleased with how perky and youthful her results look, even with the reduction in size that we are able to achieve.
