This 64-year-old patient is only 5 weeks out from an extended deep plane face and neck lift with facial fat grafting and a skin resurfacing. While the skin still needs a few months to get the full effect of new collagen production, we can already see significant improvement in her facial volume, cheek highlights, jawline, neckline, and overall balance.
