Rhinoplasty - Case 4
Surgeon : Dr. Kevin Cross
Details
This patient wanted a nose that looked less wide from the front. She also wanted better definition and refinement when looking at her straight on. From the side, she wanted to bring the tip of the nose up, while not looking too petite or overcorrected.
Dr. Kevin Cross explains how he accomplished this result: “I used a technique called ‘preservation rhinoplasty’. This allows me to address areas of concern without damaging the other regions of the nose. I narrowed her nasal bones to reduce the width and supported her tip cartilages to take out the plunge in her nose and the dipping of her tip that occurred when she smiled.
