Rhinoplasty - Case 17

In these photos, we see how modern rhinoplasty techniques allow for not only a rapid recovery but also very precise aesthetic changes. This patient is 25-years-old and desired a reduction to the hump on her nose and correction of the hanging tip but wanted a very conservative change. In the after picture, she is one month out from her procedure, and while she is still slightly swollen, it is easy to see where her result will end up. She will look exactly as we had planned preoperatively. But even at one month, using preservation rhinoplasty and rapid recovery techniques, she can comfortably interact in the world without anyone knowing that she has had a rhinoplasty.
