This 26-year-old was unfortunate enough to break her nose, not once, but twice. As a result, she had a bump that she wanted to be corrected as well as significant breathing problems. This case is a marriage of form and function. Her breathing is now improved, and her aesthetics are corrected. Her bump is removed, and the overly wide nostrils are now more proportional. The nose now looks more elegant and fits the rest of her balanced features.
