These results illustrate the power of modern face and neck lifting techniques. This patient had extremely loose neck skin, loose neck muscles, bulging neck glands, and volume loss in the cheek region and the undereye region. She was understandably concerned with getting a natural-looking result. Using Dr.Cross's extended deep plane facelift with a progressive platysmal neck lift, we can achieve nearly an unlimited amount of face and neck correction with essentially no risk of looking over-pulled or unnatural. Paring that with a little strategically placed fat grafting and we end up with a well-defined neck and jawline and more youthful undereye region with no excessive stretching or pulling on the skin or around the mouth.
