This 64-year-old female felt that her jowls and neck were aging faster than the rest of her facial features. Dr. Cross performed a composite, biplane face and neck lift to elevate and reposition the volume of her jowls and neck and to remove excess and redundant skin. Her aesthetic lines are now more balanced. Her face has been transformed from boxy and aged, to more heart-shaped and youthful.
