Facelift - Case 12

This patient is a 47-year-old nurse. She has many beautiful features, but much of her youthful appearance had been lost to sagging along the jawline and neck. As the volume in her cheeks fell towards her mouth and jawline over time, her features became more blunted and her disposition looked more fatigued, more tired. Dr. Cross performed his extended deep plane face and neck lift to take the sagginess around the mouth and jawline and put it back up on the cheeks where it belongs. He then used just a little bit of her own fat to add a little shape and youthfulness to her chin. This helped to create a youthful, well-defined jawline and neck region and to bring her volume back up to where it belongs on a young, attractive person. She'll have no visible evidence of ever having had a procedure, but she'll be able to enjoy the results of the procedure for at least a decade or two.
