This 24-year-old patient came to Dr. Cross with very thin tissues and very little breast volume. Dr. Cross used 330cc high-profile Sientra implants to maximize shape. With her narrow frame, a wider implant would have not allowed for a safe, long-lasting result. Now she has shape, volume, and fullness. She fills out a bathing suit top better and has a more balanced figure.
