Who doesn't need a little lift? This patient is 43 years old. She didn't want the size of her breasts to change but wanted them to have more perkiness and shape. To create her lift, I shaped and secured her natural breast tissues internally to achieve long-lasting results. A fat transfer was then performed, taking fat from her inner and outer thighs (yes, the thighs got some extra shaping as well). No implants were necessary to create this result.
