Tummy Tuck - Case 3

This 66-year-old patient has a WONDERFUL result after her tummy tuck with a liposuction procedure. However, pre-operatively, we identified a roll of excess skin in her mid-abdominal area that we knew we could correct. Correcting it, however, also put her at higher risk of a slower healing and recovery process. Together we decided to go for the best result possible. As expected, the healing was slower than usual. It took between 2-3 months before the patient no longer needed our combined focus and attention on her healing, but in the end, it was worth it. She now has a flat, thin, taught belly that would have never been achievable any other way!
