This patient is in her late 20s and is getting ready for her spring wedding. She's done everything she could on her own, but just couldn't get rid of the fullness and laxity under her chin and jawline.

By identifying the problem correctly (a small amount of fat and skin/muscle laxity) and putting together the correct plan (microliposuction and 2 Ultherapy treatments), we were able to give the patient a neck lift quality result with almost no downtime. Now her chin and neck have a nice profile, and her jaw line has the subtle shadows and depth that is usually seen in youth.
