Arm Lift - Case 3

Weight loss surgery, also known as bariatric surgery, is life-transforming. The procedure allowed this patient to lose over 100 pounds. While bariatric procedures give patients a new lease on life, it also often leaves them with unwanted skin, a reminder of the weight that they used to carry. For this patient, who was 69 years old at the time of her procedure, we removed the extra skin around her waist and her arms as the first step in restoring a firmer figure. With her skin excess removed, her toned arms are now visible and ready for short-sleeve shirts. The incisions are hidden under the shadows between the bicep and tricep region.
